What you need
A pencil, an eraser and a sheet of paper are enough. Draw lightly at first, then trace the lines you want to keep when your panda is finished.
Step 1 of 6
Draw the panda's head
Begin with one large circle. This creates the panda's round head and leaves plenty of space for its face.

Add two round ears
Draw a small round ear on each side of the top of the head. Let both ears sit partly behind the main circle.

Your drawing after step 2 Step 3 of 6
Draw the panda's face
Add two oval eye patches with small eyes inside them. Finish the face with a tiny nose and two curved mouth lines.
Beginner tip: Make the eye patches larger than the eyes so the panda markings remain clear.

Add the panda's oval body
Draw a large vertical oval below the head. Allow the head to overlap the top so the panda looks soft and rounded.

Draw the arms and legs
Add two long rounded arms at the sides and two smaller ovals for the feet. Keep the limbs close to the seated body.

Your drawing after step 5 Step 6 of 6
Finish the panda's black patches
Darken the ears, arms and outer leg shapes. Add one curved belly line while leaving the face and center of the body white.

That's it! You have drawn a panda.
Trace your favorite lines a little darker, erase any unwanted pencil marks and add color if you would like.
